Exhibitor Details
The “Technology Showcase” exhibitor area will be held in the Kandahar Room – the main area just outside of the conference rooms. All breakfasts, lunches, breaks and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday night will all be hosted in this room, so it will be a busy place throughout the conference.
Exhibitor tables will be situated around the perimeter of the room. Each exhibitor will have an 8X10’ space to work with including an 8’ table with white linen and white skirting, and two chairs.

Exhibitor Questionnaire
A personalized link to the Exhibitor Questionnaire has been sent to all confirmed sponsors. If you have not yet received yours, please contact Jennifer Brookman, jbrookman@commonwealthlegal.com, as soon as possible to have one sent to you.
The questionnaire must be completed no later than Tuesday, September 14.
Pre-Conference Materials Delivery
Should you wish to send any materials in advance of the conference, you may do so up to one week prior to the conference start date starting Thursday, September 23. In order to ensure delivery of your materials, the attached shipping template must be adhered to every package/ box that is sent.
Exhibit Set-up and Tear-down
Exhibit set-up will run from 12:00-5:00PM on Wed, September 29
Tear-down will run from 2:15-3:15PM on Fri, October 1
PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to ship anything back, you are required to bring the appropriate documentation and make your own arrangements as there will be no weigh bills available on location.
